Convert a private booking into an open match

If a private booking is missing players, players can convert it into an open match so others can join.

Please note that this feature is for players only and is available only in the Playtomic app. Clubs cannot convert a private reservation into an open match. For clubs, the only option is to cancel the private reservation and create a new open match. Keep in mind that cancelling the reservation automatically refunds any payments already made.

Who can use it

• Players with a private booking.
• Available for Padel and Tennis.
• Works for single-player payments and split payments.
• For split payments, all invited players must:
  • Have a Playtomic account.
  • Have a Playtomic level.
  • Have paid their share.

Cancellation policy after conversion

After players convert a private booking into an open match, they cannot cancel it in the app, even if the booking is still within the club cancellation policy.

If a cancellation is needed, the club can choose whether to approve it and process a manual cancellation from the club side.
