How to edit recurring reservations

Managing your recurring reservations is easy when you know what to do. Here’s a simple guide on editing and rescheduling your recurring bookings.

How to Edit a Single Recurring Booking

1. Go to Bookings in the menu on the left.
2. Click on the Recurring Series tab.
3. Select the recurring series you want to edit, then go to the Booking list tab.
4. Find the booking you want to change and click on Details.

Once you’re there, you can:

• Change the price.
• Mark as paid (This can’t be changed after saving).
• Add or remove participants (The owner cannot be removed).
• Contact players through the chat feature.
• Check the booking history.

How to Reschedule a Recurring Booking

If you need to change the time of a single booking on the same day, use the drag and drop feature in the Schedule.

• Select This event to change only that booking.
• Choose This and following events to update the whole series.

If there is a conflict (like overlapping times), the system will let you know. You can choose Book only free time to schedule only bookings that don’t overlap.

To move a single booking to a different day:

1. Click on the reservation in the Schedule and select Reschedule.
2. Use the calendar to choose the new time and date, just like you would create a normal booking.

How to Edit a Series of Recurring Reservations

1. Go to Bookings in the menu on the left.
2. Click on the Recurring Series tab.
3. Select the recurring series you want to edit.

Now, you can:

• Change the start/end time and day.
• Change the price if needed.
• Update the title.
• Add or change any notes.
