How to add a reservation:
From the Playtomic Manager Schedule, you can easily set up a reservation by clicking on any available time slot on your court calendar.
A new window will appear, prompting you to enter the following details:
- Reservation Type: By default, it's set to “regular booking” but if you want a recurring reservation, simply select “recurring reservations” from the dropdown menu.
- Start and End Time of the reservation.
- Court selection.
- Payment Type: Choose between Split or Single Payment.
- Price: The platform automatically retrieves the price based on your pricing configuration.
- Owner and Participants: You can add participants by searching for a registered user, or you can add guests by selecting "Mark as a guest." To find an existing user, type their name next to the magnifying glass icon. To create a new user, click on the magnifying glass and then on "+ New Customer."
- Payment Method for participants.
You also have the option to add public or private notes to the reservation, though this is optional.
How to add a free reservation:
If the club needs to make a reservation at no cost for the participants, follow these steps:
Reservation prices are typically set automatically based on the settings in the "New Price" section. If you want to adjust the price or make it free, go to the reservation, click on Edit Price, and set the price to 0.
🚨 Note: Even if the price is set to zero, you still need to select a payment method and mark the reservation as paid; otherwise, the system will mark it as unpaid.
