You can edit the price of any unpaid reservation directly from Playtomic Manager, whether it was created manually by the club or by a player through the Playtomic App.
Edit the price of an unpaid reservation:
- Select the reservation from the Schedule.
- Find the price field next to the player's name and click Edit.
- Enter the new price.
- Click Save changes.
Keep in mind:
- You can only edit fees that haven't been paid yet. Any fee already marked as paid cannot be modified.
- If the booking owner is a guest, the reservation must be paid in a single payment — split payment is not available.
- If the booking owner is a registered user, split payment can be used even if other players in the reservation are guests.
