How to cancel a Recurring Reservation

Managing your recurring reservations is easy when you know what to do. Here’s a simple guide on deleting your recurring bookings.

How to Cancel a Single Recurring Reservation

You can cancel a specific reservation in a recurring series in two ways:

From the Schedule:

1. In the Schedule, select the reservation you want to delete.
2. Click the grey trash icon to cancel it.

From the bookings menu:

1. Go to Bookings in the menu on the left.
2. Click on the Recurring Series tab.
3. Select the recurring series you want to edit, then go to the Booking list tab.
4. Find the booking you want to cancel and click on Details.
5. Click the grey trash icon to cancel it.

Note: This action only cancels the reservation for that day, not the entire series.

How to Cancel an Entire Recurring Series

To cancel all reservations in a recurring series:

1. Go to Bookings in the menu on the left.
2. Click on the Recurring Series tab.
3. Select the recurring series you want to cancel.
4. Click the grey trash icon.
