How to reschedule a reservation

In this guide, you'll learn how to change the date, time, or court of a confirmed private reservation.

Move a Reservation on the Same Day

To move a reservation within the same day, simply drag and drop the reservation box on the Schedule.
You can also do this to move the reservation to a different court.

Move a Reservation to a Different Day

If you need to move a reservation to another day, use the Reschedule feature:

  1. Click on the reservation in the Schedule and select Reschedule.
  2. Use the calendar to pick the new date and time, just like booking a new reservation.
  3. Click Save once the changes are made.

Things to Keep in Mind When Rescheduling

Past reservations can also be rescheduled. You can reschedule both future and past reservations directly from the Schedule view.

Court size must stay the same when rescheduling. Reservations can only be moved to another court of the same size. For example, a booking originally made on an individual court (2 players) cannot be moved to a doubles court (4 players), and vice versa. Otherwise, the following error message appears: "The change cannot be made due to the size of the court."

Unpaid fees are recalculated automatically. If any players haven't paid yet, their fee will be recalculated based on the new slot or court price. If there's a price difference, the system will notify you with a pop-up alert so you can decide how to handle it. You have two options:

  • Allow the price update (the new price applies to unpaid fees)
  • Keep the original price by checking "Do not update players' prices"

Already paid fees are not affected — those transactions are final and stay as they are.

Heads up on pre-authorized amounts. If the new price exceeds the amount previously pre-authorized, you'll see a warning notification. Make sure to review it before confirming the change.

🔔 Reminder: All customers in the reservation will get an email notification about the change.
