How to cancel a reservation

Handling reservation cancellations efficiently is essential for providing good customer service at your Club. This guide explains the simple process for managing cancellations.

  • Customers can cancel their reservation on their own if they are still within the cancellation policy set by your Club.
  • If they miss this deadline, they will need to contact your Club directly to cancel.

For cancellations after the allowed time, it’s up to your Club to decide, but refunds are commonly given in cases like:

  • Bad weather
  • Injury or illness

How to Cancel a Reservation:

  1. Find the reservation in the Schedule.
  2. Tap on it and then click on the grey trash icon in the bottom-right corner.

If the court fee has been paid, a warning will appear:

  • If the player paid online, they will be automatically refunded to the same payment method.

Let them know it can take 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on their bank.
