Register a payment on a booking
You would use this option when:
- You created a manual booking and need to register the payment at the club.
- The player made a split payment booking via the Playtomic app and one of the participants is paying you at the club.
How to Register a Payment:

Go to the Schedule Menu and click on the reservation.
- 💡 Tip: Use the hover tool to see unpaid players.
- From this screen, you can either:
- Mark all participants as paid.
- Mark just one player as paid.
- Select the correct payment method and click Save Changes.
Remove a Participant and Issue a Refund
Use this option if:
- You accidentally added the wrong player to a manual booking.
- You chose the wrong payment method when registering the payment.
- A participant in a split payment booking can’t attend.
- Players can also remove themselves through the Playtomic app.
How to Remove a Participant and Issue a Refund:
- Go to the Schedule Menu and click on the reservation.
- Find the 3 dots next to the player’s name and click Remove from booking.
Important Considerations for Split Payment Bookings:
- You cannot remove the owner (the first player in Team A) for split payment bookings.
- If the payment was made through the Playtomic app, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
- If a payment was made to you at the club, you are responsible for issuing the refund to the player.
For split payment bookings, if a player is paying at the club, you need to mark them as paid before, during, or within 2 hours after the match. If you don’t, the booking owner will have pending payments for other players, and you will need to arrange refunds.
