In Playtomic Manager, you can access a booking history in two ways:
- From the Reservation:
- Select a booking from your Schedule.
- Click on the Booking History tab. Here, you'll find all changes made to the reservation, including payments. The system automatically logs every action taken by the customer or club.
- From the User Profile:
- Go to the Customers section in the left-hand menu.
- Search for the player’s name, then click on it.
- You'll see a Booking History tab that includes all past, future, and canceled bookings.
The details you’ll find in the reservation history include:
- Date
- Time
- Price
- Reservation status
- Payment status
You can also click More Information to see recent changes. If you want to view a booking in the schedule, click on See on the Calendar to jump to the exact date of the game.
