Booking History

In Playtomic Manager, you can access a booking history in two ways:

  1. From the Reservation:
    • Select a booking from your Schedule.
    • Click on the Booking History tab. Here, you'll find all changes made to the reservation, including payments. The system automatically logs every action taken by the customer or club.
  2. From the User Profile:
    • Go to the Customers section in the left-hand menu.
    • Search for the player’s name, then click on it.
    • You'll see a Booking History tab that includes all past, future, and canceled bookings.

The details you’ll find in the reservation history include:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Price
  • Reservation status
  • Payment status

You can also click More Information to see recent changes. If you want to view a booking in the schedule, click on See on the Calendar to jump to the exact date of the game.
