In Playtomic Manager, you can access a booking history in two ways:
- From the Reservation:
- Select a booking from your Schedule.
- Click on the Booking History tab. Here, you'll find all changes made to the reservation, including payments. The system automatically logs every action taken by the customer or club.
- From the User Profile:
- Go to the Customers section in the left-hand menu.
- Search for the player’s name, then click on it.
- You'll see a Booking History tab that includes all past, future, and canceled bookings.
The details you’ll find in the reservation history include:
- Date
- Time
- Price
- Reservation status
- Payment status
- Who created or cancelled the reservation: the player or a club admin
Identify who cancelled a reservation
You can only see who cancelled a reservation when it belongs to a registered player (with a Playtomic profile).
- If the reservation has a registered player: Go to Customers → open the player profile → Booking History → open the cancelled booking. In the booking details, you can see who cancelled it.
- If the reservation was created for a guest (no Playtomic profile): There is no reservation history to review for cancelled matches. You can still find the booking in Bookings by filtering Status = Cancelled, but you will not be able to open the booking details to check who cancelled it.
You can also click More Information to see recent changes. If you want to view a booking in the schedule, click on See on the Calendar to jump to the exact date of the game.
