Reservation rules

This guide will show you the steps to set temporary limits on online reservations.

To set up rules for bookings:

1. Go to Settings > Venue.
2. Navigate to the Booking tab.

Here, you’ll find several options you can customize:

Book Ahead Limit

This setting lets you choose how many days in advance a player can make a reservation.
Click on the box to edit the number of days.

Cancellation Policy

This section allows you to set how far in advance, players can cancel a reservation.
Modify the Cancellation Time (hours) box by clicking on it and editing the number of hours.

Maximum Bookings/Day

Here, you can set a limit on how many reservations a player can make in one day.
You can either set a number or leave the box empty for no limit.

Number of Active Bookings

This shows how many future reservations a player can have at once.
You can set a limit or leave the box empty for no restriction.

💡Always click the Save Updates button, or your changes won’t be saved.
 

Note: If you have configured categories in your club, the category booking rules override the standard booking rules for users who belong to that category.
However, if no (or only some) booking privileges are defined in the category settings, the standard booking rules will still apply to category members for the missing or undefined rules.
