Split Payment vs Single payment

With Playtomic Manager, players can book a court using two payment options: Split Payment or Single Payment.

  • Split Payment

With Split Payment, Playtomic Manager automatically divides the total court cost by the number of players. Each player have to pay their share in advance, avoiding the hassle of borrowing money, carrying cash, or dealing with change.

⚠️ Important: If for some reason, they players didn't pay online and you collect the amount at your club, make sure to mark the other players’ payments within two hours after the match. Otherwise, the person who made the booking will be charged for any unpaid amounts, as they are considered responsible for the reservation.

Temporary hold

To guarantee their booking, the entire amount of the booking is temporarily "frozen" to the owner of the reservation payment method to verify that the card is valid and has sufficient balance. This process ends two hours after the match, when the system confirms that all players have paid their share.

The temporary hold only applies if the Club is in the New Business Model and does not apply to payments made through the Club Wallet.

  • Single Payment

In this option, one user pays the full amount for the court in advance.
