Refund to Club Wallet

This new feature provides greater flexibility for clubs and players by allowing refunds to be transferred directly to the player's wallet. Here’s everything you need to know about the new feature:

General Overview

With the Club Wallet refund option, the refund balance from a canceled booking is deposited into the player's wallet. If the player doesn’t already have a wallet, it will be created automatically. This offers a simple and convenient way for clubs to handle refunds, giving players more flexibility in managing their balance.

Please Note: 
The Club Wallet refund option is currently available for:

  • Regular bookings with a single payment
  • Recurring bookings with a single payment

We are actively working on expanding this feature to include the reservations made with split payment, which will be available soon.

 

How to choose the Wallet as refund method:

  1. Navigate to the booking in the Schedule as you normally would when you want to cancel it.
  2. Click on the basket in the lower right corner and then on “cancel booking”, you will see a new screen where you will see the option to refund via the original payment method or transfer the balance to the Club Wallet.
  3. Confirm the Refund: Once you've chosen the refund method, click on the Refund button to finalize the process.

 

 

What you will see in the payment list:

After processing the refund, the following three movements will appear in the payment list section:

  • A payment movement (the original booking payment).
  • A refund movement (the refunded amount).
  • A wallet top-up movement (the amount transferred to the player's Club Wallet).

This streamlined process ensures transparency and flexibility for both clubs and players, making cancellations and refunds easier to manage.
