Allowed Modifications for a Manager
As a manager, you have several options to modify reservations:

Date and Time of the Reservation:
- Extend the reservation time using the drag-and-drop option. Any unpaid fees will be recalculated automatically.
- Move the booking to another date and court using the "Reschedule" button inside the reservation details.

Court:
- Move the reservation to a different court.

Mark Collected Payment:
- Record the payment collection.

Add Players:

You can add players in both single and split payment modes.
Note: In single payment mode, this does not update the price per the single fee.

Add a Note:
- Private Notes: Visible for internal use only.
- Public Notes: Displayed to players.

Chat:
- Send messages to players for communications.

Delete Players (except the owner):
- To delete the owner, you must cancel the whole reservation, ensuring that none of the other participants have paid online.

Restrictions for Managers
Managers cannot make the following modifications:
- Swap Players in Teams: Users can modify the teams directly from the App.
- Modify results: You can’t change results in Playtomic Manager. To update a result, the players need to fill in this form. More details here.
- Split payment reservations (created in the app): These can be updated up to a maximum of two hours after the end of the reservation or match itself.
Users always receive emails and in-app notifications about any changes to their reservations.
