General Rules to modify a reservation

General Information 

Reservation Updates:

  • Split Payment Reservations: These can be updated up to a maximum of two hours after the end of the reservation or match itself.
  • Manual Club Bookings (with at least one payment): These reservations can be updated until midnight on the day of the booking.
  • Manual Club Bookings (without any payment): These are the only reservations that can be modified afterward, as the fees will be entirely paid at your venue.

Allowed Modifications for a Manager

As a manager, you have several options to modify reservations:

  1. Date and Time of the Reservation:
    • Extend the reservation time using the drag-and-drop option. This will automatically update the price.
    • Move the booking to another date and court using the "Reschedule" button inside the reservation details.
  2. Court:
    • Move the reservation to a different court.
  3. Mark Collected Payment:
    • Record the payment collection.
  4. Add Players:
    • You can add players in both single and split payment modes.

      Note: In single payment mode, this does not update the price per the single fee.

  5. Add a Note:
    • Private Notes: Visible for internal use only.
    • Public Notes: Displayed to players.
  6. Chat:
    • Send messages to players for communications.
  7. Delete Players (except the owner):
    • To delete the owner, you must cancel the whole reservation, ensuring that none of the other participants have paid online.
  8. Modify Price

Restrictions for Managers

Managers cannot make the following modifications:

  1. Swap Players in Teams:
    • Users can modify the teams directly from the App.

Users always receive email updates on changes and notifications in the App
