How to create/edit a Private Class and offer it online for players to join

Before creating a private class, you'll need to set up a coach profile and manage their availability. For more details, refer to this article.

How to create a private class

  1. Go to the "Schedule" menu and create a reservation block.
  2. In the top-right corner, use the dropdown to select "Private Class."
  3. Fill in the Required Details:
  • Coach: Select the coach from the dropdown. The system will notify you if the coach is unavailable.
  • Start/End Time: Adjust if needed.
  • Court: Change if necessary.
  • Price Calculation: Choose automatic or manual price setting.
  • Participants: Add players.
  • Payment Method: Select payment at the club or leave unpaid for online payment.
  1. Click "Create". The class will appear in both the schedule and the coach’s calendar.

How to Edit a Private Class

  1. Click on the class in the schedule.
  2. A new window will open to make changes.

Here you can:

  • Reschedule.
  • Change the coach.
  • Manage participants.
  • Modify the price
  • Cancel the class using the grey trash icon 

You cannot:

  • Edit player details.
  • Change the price once marked as paid.

How to enable Online Private Classes

Before enabling online private classes, you'll need to define your coaches' prices for 60-minute classes:

  1. Go to the "Academy" menu and click on "Coaches".
  2. Click on the coach you wish to edit the prices for.
  3. Click on "Pricing".
  4. From there, by dragging while clicking the left-mouse button (the same process as to create a booking from the calendar), a window will open to define the prices.

After this step, you will also need to offer 60-minutes court time slots in the club's pricings:

  1. Go to the "Settings" menu and click on "Pricing".
  2. Click on each one of your prices and set a price for 60-minute slots.

Adding coach bios and photos is optional but highly recommended, as to increase booking likelihood. You can set these parameters in the "Coaches" profile menu mentioned in the previous steps.

Important Reminders

  • Cancel classes if minimum participants aren't met. This is not automatic.
  • Reschedule classes in the club schedule, not the coach’s calendar.
  • If payment isn’t collected at the club, make sure it’s paid through the app.
