Welcome to our FAQ section, where you'll find answers to the most common questions about enrolling in courses and classes through our app. Whether you're curious about payment options, enrollment deadlines, or managing your courses, we’ve got all the information you need.

1. Can players enroll in an entire course through the app?

Yes! Players can enroll in a full course directly through the app. The enrollment fee must be paid online at the time of registration.

2. Can players join a single class instead of the full course?

Absolutely. Players can choose to enroll in just one class within a course, with the enrollment fee for that specific class payable online.

3. Is the “pay at the club” option available for course or class enrollment?

No. To secure a spot, all bookings must be paid through the app using one of the available payment methods.

4. What payment methods are available for course or class enrollment?

Payment methods can be customized by each club using our back office tool. For help configuring new payment options, reach out to our Support Team via chat.

5. Can players use the Club Wallet to pay for course or class enrollment?

Yes! The Club Wallet can be used to pay for courses and classes, provided your Club Wallet settings are properly configured. By default, the Club Wallet is enabled for course payments.

6. Is there a deadline for enrolling in a course through the app?

Players can enroll at any point before the course ends. However, fees are not prorated, meaning you’ll pay the full course price regardless of when you join.

7. Are custom prices available for different user categories?

No. The app doesn’t support custom pricing for different user categories. If needed, custom prices must be manually applied by the club manager during enrollment.

8. Can players cancel their course enrollment through the app?

Yes, but only before the course begins. Once the course starts, only a club manager can remove players and issue a manual refund if applicable.

9. Will players receive a refund if they unsubscribe before the course starts?

Yes. If a player cancels their enrollment before the course starts, the enrollment fee will be automatically refunded.

10. Can players pay for pending course fees through the app if added by a club manager?

No. Pending fees must be paid in person at the club’s reception. After payment, the club manager will mark the transaction as complete.

11. Can players view their enrolled courses or classes in the app?

Yes. Players can view all their enrolled courses or classes under the "Academy" section of the app, where they can filter and search for specific sessions.

12. Can players add other users to a course?

No. Each user can only enroll themselves in a course. Enrolling other users is not supported through the app.

13. Can players contact the coach through the app?

There isn’t a dedicated communication channel for contacting coaches. However, if a coach is assigned to a course, players can view the coach’s profile and initiate a chat from there.

14. Can a player enrolled in a course unsubscribe from a single class?

No. Players enrolled in an entire course cannot cancel individual classes. Only a club manager can manage such adjustments.
