The Rewards & Offers section is where clubs can easily manage offers, benefits, and memberships in one place. It helps create a better player experience, build loyalty, and support community growth with simple tools that are easy to find and use.
What you can find in the "Rewards & Offers" section
In this section, you can manage:
- Benefits: create and manage special promotions for your players, including categories and memberships
- Vouchers and Promotions: create promo codes and special offers
- Wallets: add club credit that players can use only in your club
What kind of benefits do exist?
There are two types of benefits:
- "Assigned by club" benefits - Organize your players into meaningful categories to offer privileges and discounts
- "Sold as membership" benefits - Memberships sold in the app to your players that work as a subscription in your club and offer privileges to players
By default, the system creates a category benefit. If you want to create a membership benefit instead, just turn on the blue button in the second step: Type.
How to create benefits
To create a benefit, click Add new benefit in the top right corner. From there, you can:
- Choose the benefit type (category assigned by the club or membership)
- Set an expiration date
- Configure booking privileges, such as maximum booking limits, cancellation policies, pricing rules, and more
- Offer Wallet benefits (offer your players a fixed monthly credit as part of their category benefits)
