How to create and edit a Benefit assigned by the club
Create a Benefit assigned by the club
- Navigate to Rewards and Offers:
- Go to Rewards and Offers in the menu.
- Click on the Benefits tab.
- Click on the Add new benefit button.
- Add General Details:
- Enter the Benefit name and description.
- Click Next.
- Keep “Benefit assigned by the club” Mode (Do not add benefit price):
- Ensure "Add benefit price" remains disabled (toggle stays to the left and grey).
- Note: If you enable this toggle, you'll create a Membership Benefit instead of a Benefit assigned by the club.
- Click Next.
- Set Booking Privileges (Optional):
- Configure special privileges for members. If not set, standard privileges will apply.

Customizable privileges include:
- Booking ahead (days)
- Maximum bookings/day: limits daily bookings for members
- Active bookings: limits bookings within the advance period
- Cancellation policy (hours)
- Note: Setting up the booking privileges is optional. If they are not configured, the default booking settings will automatically apply to the benefit’s members.
- "Players can pay the full booking with their benefit": We recommend keeping this disabled. When enabled, members can pay for entire bookings and include non-members who shouldn't receive the benefit. When disabled, only split payments are allowed.
- Select Pricing Type: Choose one of two options. This cannot be changed later:
- Simple Pricing: One price with options for days, time and courts.
- Advanced Pricing: Set different price rules by court, day and time; check general prices in Settings before applying.
How to edit a Benefit
- Go to Rewards and Offers and then Benefits.
- Select the benefit you want to update.
- You can edit:
- Benefit name and description
- Booking privileges (rules and limits)
- Pricing rules
- Members: add or remove members included in the benefit
- Perks (Offer wallet benefits): activate or deactivate them
- Convert the benefit to a Membership (sell it as a membership instead of a club-assigned benefit)
- Click Save changes when you’re done.
Note: You can’t switch between Simple and Advanced Pricing after the benefit is created.
How to enable and disable a Benefit.
At the moment, it isn’t possible to delete any type of Benefit after it has been created. Instead, you can disable it. The Benefit will still appear in your Benefits list, but it will be inactive so users can’t use it. Benefits can be enabled or disabled at any time.
- Go to Rewards and Offers and then Benefits.
- Find the Benefit in the Benefits list, then click the Status button to set it as active or inactive.
Convert a club-assigned Benefit into a Membership Benefit
You can turn a club-assigned Benefit into a Membership Benefit by enabling pricing.
- Go to Rewards and Offers → Benefits.
- Select the benefit you want to convert.
- Open the Type tab.
- Enable Add benefit price.
- Fill in the membership details, such as:
- Visibility in the app (visible/hidden)
- Grace days
- Pricing (frequency and amount)
What happens to existing members?
If the benefit already has members, they keep their current behaviour after the conversion: they won’t be charged automatically, no subscription is created for them, and they remain assigned until the admin removes them.
If you want to charge existing members
Remove them and add them again with a payment plan, or ask them to sign up through the app.
Adding new members without charging them
When you add a new member, you can choose not to charge them. To do this, select “No payments” when you assign a payment plan.
