How to Start a Round

The league manager should start a new round once they verify that all teams, players, and groups are properly configured and after setting the matchday calendar.

Steps to Start a Round:

1. Rearrange teams within the groups (optional).
2. Set the dates for each matchday.
3. Start the round by clicking the ‘Start Round’ button.

Matches will be automatically created based on:

• Match duration set in the league’s match rules.
• Game schedules defined in the settings.
• Selected courts.
• Matchday dates.
• Real-time availability of the facilities.

3.2. Managing Teams in a League

How to Add a New Team

To add a new team to an ongoing league:

1. Click the ‘Add Team’ button.
2. Search for the user by name, email, or phone number.

Note: This button will be disabled if the league is full. New teams are always added to the ‘Next’ rotation.

How to Edit a Team in a League

To edit a team already registered in the league:

1. Go to the ‘Groups’ tab.
2. Click on the team you want to edit to modify the players registered.

Important: Players on a team cannot be edited once the rotation has been closed.
