How to add/edit/cancel Public Classes

To create a new public class, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to "Academy" on the main left menu.
  2. In the "Public Classes" tab, click on the blue button labeled "+ Add Public Class".
  3. Fill in the required information.
  4. Click on "Create" to save all your changes.

🚨 Important: When a new public class is created, it will not appear in the Schedule automatically. To book the court, create a temporary profile.
Note: We are currently working on automatic synchronization for this feature in the future.

How to add a player to a public class

After creating a lesson, players can see it and register via the App. However, if you need to add players manually, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Academy" on the main left menu and "Public Classes"
  2. Click on the name of the Class.
  3. Next to "Details," you'll see a tab called "Manage Players."
  4. Use the search bar to find the player and add them by clicking on their name.

How to edit a public class

To make changes to an existing class:

  1. Go to "Academy" on the main left menu and "Public Classes"
  2. Click on the name of the class you want to edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click the "Update" button to save the changes.

How to cancel a public class

To cancel a class:

  1. Go to "Academy" on the main left menu and "Public Classes"
  2. Click on the name of the class you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the grey trash icon at the bottom right.

🚨 Note: Classes will not automatically cancel if they don't reach the minimum number of players. You must cancel them manually.

How to add a coach to a public class

Currently, adding a coach to a class can only be done from the Schedule. To do this, create a manual reservation and select the Coach.

Additional Information

  • Class Availability: Only Padel and Tennis classes can be created.
  • Payment Methods: Club Wallet payments are not supported for class registrations.
  • Class Expiry and Cancellation: Classes will not expire or cancel automatically due to low attendance. Manual cancellation is required if the minimum number of players is not met.
  • Recurring Classes: Each class must be created individually; there is no option for creating recurring classes. You can use start and end dates to define the duration of a class.
  • Player Level: Players can join classes outside their skill level since the level specified during class creation is only for informational purposes.
  • Communication: There is no built-in chat function for classes. To contact registered players, go to "Manage Players" to access their phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Logs and History: There are no logs or reservation history features available for classes.
