- 1 player: The court is never booked.
- 2 players: The court is booked only if more than 12 hours remain before the match start time .
- 3 players: The court is booked only if more than 4 hours remain before the match start time.
- 4 players: The court is booked immediately and the match is confirmed.
If these time conditions are not met, the court booking will be removed, and the match will no longer occupy a slot in the club’s calendar. However, the match will still remain visible in the list of available public matches, allowing other players to join.This configuration has been specifically designed by Playtomic to prevent club courts from being blocked by matches that are unlikely to be completed.

- Clubs have the option to manually force a public match onto a court, even if it hasn’t yet reached the minimum required number of players. For example, a match with only one player can still be assigned to a court through manual force.
However, if the match is not completed with the necessary number of players, it will be automatically cancelled by Playtomic 1 hour before the match start time.
