How to manually book a court for a Open Match

Playtomic matches are automatically handled by the system, which will reserve or release courts based on certain rules, such as the number of participants and the time left before the match starts.

By default, courts are assigned using the "Autoselect" option, but you can also manually assign a court to a match if needed.

Steps to manually assign a court

1. Go to the Matches menu and find the match you want to assign a court to.
2. Click Add court on the right. The system will automatically assign a court based on the time slot, configuration, and availability.

If you'd like to change the assigned court afterwards, go to the Schedule and drag the match to a different court.

⚠️ If your courts have different prices, you might see a pop-up informing you about the price difference.

📌 If a court is assigned manually by the club, the open match won’t be automatically cancelled if not enough players register!
