Can I get a QR code for players to book at my club?
Playtomic doesn't provide a built-in QR code feature, but you can easily create one yourself in just a few steps:
- Go to your club's public page on Playtomic
- Copy the link — tap the Share button in the top right of your club profile
- Paste the link into a QR code generator (for example: qr-code-generator.com, canva.com, or any trusted QR tool)
- Download your QR code
- Print it or share it wherever you need — posters, reception desk, your website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and more 🎾
Dark Mode
Dark mode is not currently available in the Playtomic app or Playtomic Manager. However, you can use the DARK READER Chrome extension for Playtomic Manager to enable a dark theme.
Google Calendar Sync
There is no built-in integration to automatically sync bookings, open matches, or calendar events to Google Calendar. If you need this functionality, you can access booking data via the Playtomic API to build a custom integration.
Language Settings
The language displayed in Playtomic Manager is determined by your browser's language settings. To change it:
- Go to your browser settings
- Navigate to the "languages" section
- Set your preferred language
Time Format on Schedule
Your browser language also determines the time format:
- 12-hour format (AM/PM): Displayed when browser is set to US English
- 24-hour format (00:00-23:59): Displayed when browser is set to Spanish, Italian, UK English, or other European languages
We recommend using Google Chrome as your default browser, as Playtomic Manager is optimized for Chrome.
Age Restrictions for Bookings
It is not possible to set an age limit for reservations or open match participation. However, according to Playtomic's Legal Conditions:
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use Playtomic services
- Users between 13 and 18 may use the service with parental or guardian consent and supervision
- Playtomic reserves the right to request proof of age at any time
Something went wrong
If you run into a “Something went wrong” message in Playtomic Manager, try the steps below:
- Refresh the page.
- Close the tab and open Playtomic Manager again in a new tab.
