How to embed your club's Playtomic booking page on your website

You can add your Playtomic court booking page to your club's website, so players can see your availability and book without leaving your site. This article explains which link to use, how to set it up and how to fix the most common issues.

What do I need to embed my booking page?

  • Your real website saved in Playtomic Manager. The booking page can only be embedded on the website saved in your club profile.
  • Your club's embed link. It always follows this format: https://playtomic.com/clubs/{your-club-name}/embed

How do I set my club's website in Playtomic Manager?

  1. Open Playtomic Manager.
  2. Go to Settings > Venue > Basics.
  3. In Website or social network, enter your club's website address exactly as it appears in your browser when you open your homepage (for example, https://my-awesome-club.com).
  4. Save the changes.
Website or social network field in Settings > Venue > Basics in Playtomic Manager

Note: To embed your booking page, this field must contain your own website. A social media page (such as Instagram or Facebook) or a link page (such as Linktree) won't work.

How do I find my club's embed link?

  1. Go to playtomic.com and open your club's page.
  2. Copy the address from your browser. It looks like this: https://playtomic.com/clubs/my-awesome-club
  3. Add /embed at the end: https://playtomic.com/clubs/my-awesome-club/embed

Note: Always use playtomic.com, not playtomic.io. Links that start with https://playtomic.io/wl/ are an older format and may not load. If your website still uses one, replace it with your embed link.

How do I add the booking page to my website?

  1. Open the page of your website where you want to show your booking page.
  2. Add an iframe and set its src to your embed link.
  3. Publish the page and check that your booking page loads.

Note: If you use a website builder, add the iframe with its HTML or embed block. If someone else manages your website, send them your embed link.

Why isn't my embedded booking page loading?

If the booking page doesn't load or shows an error such as "refused to connect", check these points.

The website in your profile isn't your real website

If your club profile shows a social media page or a link page, the booking page can't be embedded. Update it in Settings > Venue > Basics > Website or social network with your own website address.

The website in your profile doesn't exactly match your site

The website saved in your profile must match the website where you add the booking page, including https and whether it uses www. Pages after the domain don't matter.

If your site is https://my-awesome-club.com:

  • ✅ Correct: https://my-awesome-club.com
  • ✅ Correct, with a page: https://my-awesome-club.com/book
  • ❌ Incorrect: http://my-awesome-club.com (missing the "s" in https)
  • ❌ Incorrect: https://www.my-awesome-club.com (your site doesn't use www)
  • ❌ Incorrect: https://my-awesom-club.com (typo in the domain)

If your site uses www (for example, https://www.my-awesome-club.com), save it with www too.

The iframe uses the wrong link

The src of your iframe must be your embed link.

  • ✅ Correct: https://playtomic.com/clubs/my-awesome-club/embed
  • ❌ Incorrect: https://playtomic.com/clubs/my-awesome-club (your public club page, without /embed)
  • ❌ Incorrect: https://playtomic.io/wl/abcdef-ghij-klem-nopqrstuvwx (older format)
  • ❌ Incorrect: https://playtomic.io/my-awesome-club/abcdef-ghij-klem-nopqrstuvwx
