Having trouble logging into Playtomic Manager? Here are solutions for the most common login issues 🕵️
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password to login, please use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset it. You will automatically receive an email "Playtomic - Change password" with a button to reset it.
Note: Each admin has their own login credentials. Changing your password won't affect other administrators' access.
Forgot your email address?
If you forgot the email address to login, please follow these steps on Playtomic app:
1. Open the Playtomic app and log in with your club administrator account.
2. Tap the three lines (top right) → "Edit profile".
3. You'll see your email there.
4. Use that email to log into Playtomic Manager.
