There are two different ways to add or remove a member from a specific category:
From the User Profile:
- Click on "Customers" in the left sidebar menu.
- Select the client and click on "Category" (located below, above the "Save" button).
- Choose the category from the dropdown menu and set the expiration date for that particular player.
- Click "Save" to save the recent changes.
The system will prompt you to confirm this action.
From the Category Members Tab:
- Click on "Customers" in the left sidebar menu and then the tab called "Categories."
- Select the category from the menu that you want to apply to the user.
- Click on "Members" and select the player using the search icon. Alternatively, you can add a new user by clicking on "New Member."
- Click on the white box to the left to include or edit the user within that category.
Remember that from here, you can also modify the expiration date of the category applied to the user (which appears by default). Just select the date in the calendar located to the right.
