Academy Report (Clinics & Courses)

This report is called Academy in most regions, and Clinics & Courses in US clubs. It gives you visibility into your academy activity — course performance, player enrollment, and coach performance — helping you monitor fill rates, spot gaps in capacity, and track how your programs are performing over time.

All metrics in this report are calculated based on the service date of each class or registration.

What you can see

• Total amount, net of refunds and including Wallet payments, but excluding pending payments
• Player and capacity tracking: how many players are registered for each activity, and how full that activity is relative to its capacity
• New players: players whose first-ever activity at your club came through an academy activity
• Amount by coach and Amount by product category, breaking down revenue along these dimensions
• Performance by coach: the number of activities run by each coach, the average number of players per session, and how full their sessions tend to be. This excludes cancelled activities and activities with no coach assigned.
• Activity cancellation rate: the share of academy activities that were cancelled outright — this counts the activity itself being cancelled, not individual players dropping out of an activity that still goes ahead
• Peak Activity Times: when your academy activities are most concentrated
• Product-level breakdown: a distinction between course classes, private classes, public classes and course registrations across your programs

• Time range, with a comparison period (for example, comparing against the previous week)
• Product
• Coach

Combine these filters to narrow down the data to the specific activities, programs, or coaches you want to review.
