Revenues Report

The Revenues report shows how much money your club is generating and where that revenue comes from.

All metrics in this report are calculated based on the payment date — the same logic used in your Payments List. This means revenue is recorded when the payment is processed, not when the service is actually delivered.

What you can see

  • Total revenue, with a breakdown by payment method (online vs. onsite)
  • Revenue by product type, court, or sport
  • Comparisons across periods, to track growth and trends over time
  • Exportable data for further analysis

Revenue vs. Amount

The report uses two related but distinct metrics:

  • Revenue: includes all Online and Onsite payments, net of refunds — consistent with how it's calculated in the Payments List. It excludes payments made using a Wallet as the payment method, but includes Wallet Top-ups, since these represent new cash coming into the club.
  • Amount: a broader metric. It includes everything in Revenue, plus all payments made using a Wallet as the payment method.

Use the Payment Method or Product filters to break this data down further and find the exact figures you need.

A note on rounding

Revenue figures are exact. If you see rounded numbers on screen, refresh the page — if the issue persists, contact Customer Care.

At the organization level

If you manage multiple clubs, the Revenues report is also available at the organization level, giving you consolidated revenue data across all your clubs. You can drill down into any individual club's Revenues report from there for club-specific detail.
