Players Report

The Players report gives you insight into the players who visit your club — how many unique players you have, how often they come back, and how they engage with your activities.

What you can see

• The total number of unique players over a selected period
• Player behavior across bookings, tournaments, leagues, and other activities
• Comparisons across periods, to identify growth or retention trends
• Players by Product, Players by Gender, and Players by Level charts, breaking your player base down by these dimensions
• Players by Benefit, showing players grouped by their latest assigned benefit
• A Top Players chart, highlighting your most active players — click on a player's email in this chart to see more details about their activity
• Filters by sport, product, benefit, player type, or location (for multi-club organizations), to see where your players are most active
• A drill-down view: click on any player in the table to open a detailed view of their individual activity

What counts as a "New Player"

A player counts as new the first time they play at your club, across any type of activity. This is based on the player's full history at your club, not just the period you've selected — so if a player's very first activity happened last year, they won't show as "new" in a report you run for this month, even if your date range only covers this month.

Using the Player Type filter (New / Returning)

The Player Type filter includes two checkboxes, New and Returning, which identify players based on the date of their first-ever activity. This means it's designed to help you find new players, not to show the full historical activity of players once they've been classified as new or returning. If you need to see everything a specific player has done, use the drill-down view on their row instead.

At the organization level

If you manage multiple clubs, the Players report is also available at the organization level, giving you a broader view of your player base across all your clubs. All the charts and filters described above are also available here, plus:

• A Players by Club chart, breaking your player base down by club
• New players tracked across the whole organization, not just a single club
• A frequency metric, showing how often players play within the organization
• A detailed player list, with the full list of players across your organization and their activity

From the organization view, you can still drill down into any individual club's Players report.
