The Occupancy report shows how your courts are being used, combining bookings, tournaments, and blocked hours into one complete picture.
What you can see
- Total occupied hours across all activities
- Average occupied hours per court per day
- Occupancy %, shown both in the key metric cards and in the evolution chart, so you can see it at a glance and track it over time
- Number of Courts with Activity — how many courts had at least one activity during the selected period
- A breakdown by court, sport, and time period
Filters
The Occupancy report can be filtered by:
- Hour
- Sport
- Product
- Court
- Court type — indoor, outdoor, or roofed, with a dedicated chart showing % occupancy broken down by court type
- Day of the week — useful for spotting patterns like which days tend to run at higher or lower occupancy
Setting the Hour filter correctly
The Hour filter has the biggest impact on your Occupancy % figure, so it's worth setting up correctly. Set it to match your club's actual opening hours — if you leave it covering hours when your club is closed, those closed hours are counted against you, and your occupancy % will look artificially low.
Understanding occupancy %
Occupancy % is calculated as occupied hours out of available hours for the period you selected. By default, the calculation may include hours when your club is closed. To see your real occupancy %, use the Hour filter to limit the report to your club's opening hours — this is worth checking if the occupancy % looks lower than you'd expect.
The Courts metric shows how many courts were available in the selected period, including courts with no activity.
At the organization level
The Occupancy report is also available at the organization level, giving you a consolidated view of court usage across all your clubs. From there, you can drill down into any individual club's report for court-level detail.
