How to change your subscription plan frequency (Monthly or Annual)

In Playtomic Manager, clubs can’t directly switch an active subscription from Annual ↔ Monthly.

To change the billing cycle, you need to cancel the current subscription and then subscribe again with the other option.

Step by step (Monthly → Annual or Annual → Monthly)

1) Cancel your current subscription

  1. Open Playtomic Manager
  2. Go to Billing → Pricing plans
  3. Click Manage current plan
  4. On the next screen, click Cancel subscription (top right) and confirm

ℹ️Good to know: cancelling does not remove access right away. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period (or until the end of the free trial, if you are on trial).

2) Subscribe again with the new billing cycle

Once your current billing period ends (and the subscription has expired):

  1. Go back to Billing → Pricing plans
  2. Use the billing toggle on the left to choose Monthly or Annual
  3. Click Subscribe and complete the payment

That’s it. The change is done by cancel + resubscribe with the billing cycle you want.
