You can easily access and download the invoice for your Playtomic Manager subscription directly from the platform.
Steps to Find Your Invoice
- Go to Billing in Playtomic Manager
- Select Pricing plans
- Click on Manage current plan
- On the following screen, click on the already paid fees to view and download your invoice
Additional Actions You Can Take
From the “Manage current plan” screen, you can also:
- View your next billing date: You can see when your next payment will be charged
- Change payment method: Click on “Add payment method”, enter all the required information, and then mark the new payment method as the default. This ensures that the automatic charge for the new billing period will be applied to the new payment method automatically
- Cancel your subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time from this screen
