Playtomic Manager Subscription Process

  1. Choose Your Plan: After configuring Stripe, you'll be redirected to the Billing menu where you can select from the following plans:
    • Standard
    • Professional
    • Champion
    • Master
  2. Payment Terms: You can choose between:
    • Monthly
    • Annual 
  3. Confirm Your Selection: Click the Subscribe button under your chosen plan.
  4. Checkout Process: You will be redirected to the Stripe checkout window to enter your credit card information and finalize your payment by clicking the Start trial button.
  5. Free Trial: Enjoy the first two weeks free to test the platform. A clear indication of when the trial ends will be provided during checkout.
  6. Accept Privacy Policy: In the final window, accept the privacy policy to complete your registration.
  7. Welcome to Playtomic: Congratulations, you’re now part of the Playtomic family! 🎾

 

What Happens If Your Subscription Renewal Fails?

If an automatic renewal fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), you have 5 days to complete the payment manually:

  1. Go to Billing > Pricing plans > Manage current plan
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Process the subscription payment

Important: If the payment is not completed within 5 days, your club will be automatically set to inactive. This means:

  • Your club will no longer be visible in the Playtomic app
  • You will not be able to receive bookings

If your club becomes inactive, you'll need to:

  1. Pay the outstanding subscription amount
  2. Contact our customer care team to reactivate your club in the app

To avoid disruption, please ensure your payment method is always up to date.
