Flexible refunds to Club Wallet

This feature provides greater flexibility for clubs and players by allowing refunds to be transferred directly to the player's wallet. Here’s everything you need to know about the new feature.

Who can use this feature?

✅ Clubs on a Professional Plan or higher
✅ Clubs operating under the New Billing Model

What's supported?

The Club Wallet refund option currently works for:

  • Regular and recurring bookings with single payment
  • Regular and recurring bookings with split payment
💡 If the player doesn't have a wallet yet, one will be created automatically when the refund is processed. No extra steps needed!

How to refund to the Club Wallet

  1. Open the booking in your Schedule
    Navigate to the booking you want to cancel, just like you normally would.
  2. Choose the refund method
    Click the basket icon in the lower-right corner, then select "Cancel booking." Then you'll see two options: refund to the original payment method, or transfer the balance to the Club Wallet.
  3. Confirm the refund
    Select your preferred method and click Refund. That's it — the balance is transferred instantly.

What appears in the payment list?

After processing a flexible refund, you'll see two movements in the payment list:

  • Original payment: The initial booking payment made by the player.
  • Refund movement: The refunded amount returned from the canceled booking.
📌 The wallet top-up isn't shown in the payment list. To see it, go to the customer's profile in Playtomic Manager and check their wallet movement history.
