How to add/edit prices

Easily customize pricing for specific days, times, courts, and users with Playtomic Manager.

How to Add a New Price

Ready to add a new price? Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings>Pricing
2. Click "New Price": Find the small blue "New Price" button on the right. Click it to open a new window.
3. Choose Courts:
   • Apply to All Courts: Select "All courts" in the dropdown menu
   • Specific Courts: Use the dropdown to choose courts for custom pricing.
4. Single and Double Court Rates:
   • Want different rates for singles vs doubles? Activate this option, and the Pricing section will adjust to let you set separate rates.
5. Reservation Rules:
   • Fixed, Avoid Unbookable Time
   • Flex, Allow Unbookable Time

   • Flex, Avoid Unbookable Time

6. Select intervals:
   • Choose your time range (e.g., 60, 90, or 120 minutes) and enter the prices for each.
7. Date and Time Customization:
   • Set time ranges and specific days for your prices to apply. Tailor prices for peak times or loyal customers.

Don't Forget to Save!

• After making any changes, click the blue Save button to apply your settings.

Without the correct settings, users may see an error message: "You can't book on the selected date." 

Editing Prices

Need to update your pricing? It's easy:

1. Select a Slot: Choose a time slot  from the Pricing List.
2. Edit Price: A window called "Edit Price" will pop up. Adjust the price, date, or time as needed.
3. Save Your Changes: After editing, click Save to confirm.
