When to Use a Timed Price

A timed price is a great way to increase reservations during specific times, like summer or holiday periods, by offering discounts. If your club is in a popular tourist area, you can also use timed prices to adjust rates during busy seasons to meet higher demand.

How to Set Up a Timed Price

To create a timed price, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Prices and click on +New Price.
2. When creating the new price, select Timed Price. You'll need to fill out these details:
   • Name of the timed price (e.g., "Summer Discount")
   • Start date for the price
   • End date for the price

Make sure to fill in the other fields just like you would for normal pricing.

Where the Timed Price Will Show Up

After you set it up, the timed price will appear in your pricing list, along with your regular prices. You can also set it for specific days of the week or certain courts, just like you do with regular prices.

🚨 Reminder: The timed price will only apply to the time slots you choose.

For example, if your club has 90-minute slots and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and you set a timed price for a holiday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the app will still show normal prices for the early morning (7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.) and evening (6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) slots. If you don’t want these slots available, you’ll need to close them manually.

By using timed prices, you can better manage bookings during busy or slow periods and encourage more reservations.
