Editing Prices

Need to update your pricing? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Pricing.
  2. Find the price you need to change from the pricing list.
  3. Click on it to open the “Edit Price” window.
  4. Update what you need (price, date, time, or booking rule: Fixed vs Flex).
  5. Before saving, double-check that the updated rule doesn’t overlap with another one.*
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

*If there’s an overlap, you’ll see an alert like:

“Price rule overlapping:” The pricing rule you are trying to edit overlaps with the regular pricing rule that applies from 09:00 to 15:00. Please solve conflicts before continuing.

To fix it, adjust the time range of one of the rules so they no longer overlap, then try saving again.
