Setting the time reservation after midnight

To let your customers book after midnight, you need to first make sure your club's closing time is set up correctly.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Venue.
2. Scroll down until you see Opening Hours.
3. Click Save changes at the bottom of the screen.

Next, do the same for the opening hours in the calendar settings:

1. Go to Settings > Venue.
2. Go to the Calendar tab.
3. Check or adjust the Calendar Opening Hours.

Once you've verified this, go to the Pricing section in Settings. To set hours after midnight, you need to create a new price range. The system doesn't correctly read schedules after 00:00 with 90-minute blocks, so we recommend creating several price ranges without blocks (free or flexible, allowing non-bookable spaces) to continue with the schedule.

🚨 If you want to let customers book time slots between consecutive days (like 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM or 11:30 PM to 1:00 AM), follow these steps:

For reservations between 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM:

1. Create a price with a fixed booking rule until 11:00 PM.
2. Create a price with a flexible rule (allow non-bookable spaces) from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
3. Create a price with a flexible rule from 12:00 AM to the actual closing time.

For reservations between 11:30 PM and 1:00 AM:

1. Create a price with a fixed booking rule until 11:30 PM.
2. Create a price with a flexible rule (allow non-bookable spaces) from 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
3. Create a price with a flexible rule from 12:00 AM to the actual closing time.

On the calendar, the reservation will be visible on both days.
