How to import Club Wallets

Before you start

Make sure:

  1. Customers and Wallets are already created in Playtomic Manager.
  2. Your file is a CSV (Comma-Separated Values).

Prepare your CSV file

Option A: Import a Single Wallet

If you choose Single Wallet during the import, you’ll pick the wallet during the process. Your CSV only needs 2 columns:

  • email*: Customer email
  • wallet_balance*: Balance to import

Option B: Import Multiple Wallets

If you choose Multiple Wallets, your CSV needs 3 columns:

  • email*: Customer email
  • wallet_name*: Wallet name (must match the wallet name in the system exactly)
  • wallet_balance*: Balance to import

Important details

  • Use a comma (,) as the decimal separator (not a dot).
  • In step 3 (Import file) you can download a CSV sample to check the required format.
  • You are importing wallet movements (corrective balances). The value in wallet_balance will overwrite the customer’s existing wallet balance—so enter the exact final balance you want the customer to have.

🚨 Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and negative balances can’t be imported.

How to import wallets (step by step)

  1. Go to Reward & Offers → Wallets.
  2. Click Import balance.
  3. Confirm you have the customer’s permission to import financial data, then click Next.
  4. Choose Single Wallet or Multiple Wallets.
    • If you choose Single Wallet, select which wallet you want to import into.
  5. Upload the CSV file from your computer.
  6. Fix any broken lines if needed, and complete the import.

If something goes wrong

  • Open the Imports list (clock icon on the right).
  • Click Download error rows to see the affected rows and the error message.
