This guide will walk you through the upgraded Reports section in Playtomic Manager, designed to make tracking your club's performance simpler and more organized.
What's New?
Instead of a single dashboard with lots of information, there are now four easy-to-navigate categories:
- General Overview
- Payment Methods Analysis
- Product Analysis
- Downloads
1. General Overview
This section provides a summary of your club’s performance for a selected period. Use filters at the top to customize your view.
- Total Revenues: Shows combined Online + Offline Revenues.
- 🚨 Note: If a price is set to zero but not saved in the system, it will not appear here.
- Offline Revenues: This includes payments made through these methods:
- OFFER (as a payment method only, not for purchasing)
- DIRECT
- MERCHANT WALLET
- CASH
- ONSITE
- Online Revenues: Shows revenue from payments made online, including:
- PLAYTOMIC WALLET
- DEBT (considered "Online" for billing purposes)
2. Payment Methods Analysis
In this section, payments are broken down by Category and Type for a closer look at how payments are processed.
- Payment Category: Displays specific categories used at your club, giving a detailed view of revenue sources.
- Payment Type: Classifies matches by payment style:
- Single-Payment
- Split-Payment (e.g., Split + All-Pay)
- Multiple (from team registrations)
3. Product Analysis
This part highlights popular products and links them to the bookings dashboard, so you can see which products are in demand.
4. Downloads
This section lets you download a list of payments with detailed information.
- Debt Handling: If a player has unpaid debt, it’s considered Online and included in the billing cycle.
To download, click the cloud icon in the top-right corner and select your preferred file format.
