Bookings Reports

The Reports section in Playtomic Manager has been upgraded to provide a more user-friendly experience 🚀. Instead of a single Dashboard overloaded with information, you now have four distinct subcategories to streamline your navigation:

General Overview 

This section offers a comprehensive analysis of key metrics:

• Played Matches: Total number of matches (bookings + Playtomic matches) that have been played.
• Hours of Occupation: Cumulative duration of all matches in hours.
• Unique Players: Count of unique players based on their accounts. Non-Playtomic players are excluded.
• Sport: Provides a breakdown of matches played by sport. Hover over each segment for detailed insights or click on a pie slice to apply it as a filter across the dashboard for further drill-down.
• Product: Displays the origin or type of matches.
• Payment Type: Categorizes matches by payment type: single-payment vs. split-payment.

• Timeline of Matches by Origin: Daily timeline showcasing the evolution of match types used at your club.

   

Courts Analysis

Delivers insights into court-specific performance:

• Court Coverage: Indoor, Outdoor, Roofed.
• Court Size: Tailored to each sport.
• Court Feature: Specific to each sport (e.g., Padel court types).
