Playtomic Manager has revamped its Reports section to make it easier for you to analyze different aspects of your Club. Instead of one single Dashboard with a lot of information, you'll now have four subcategories to simplify your search.

1. Occupation Rate Trend 📉

Shows the movement of occupation during the whole week:

• Starts from the first slot on Monday and ends with the last slot on Sunday.

2. High Level Overview 

High-level indicators of occupation in the Club(s):

• Opening and Closing Day/Hour: Based on valid bookings.
• Busiest Days: Shows the days of the week with the most matches (not a rate, just the number of matches played). 📅
• Premium Hours: Aggregates matches by time across all selected days.
  • If considering one week, each column represents that time on every day of the week.
  • If considering one day, each column represents that time on that specific day.
• Max Capacity: Essential for understanding the rest of the Dashboard, showing the denominator used to calculate the % for Occupation Rate. 📈

Example: If the Club has 11 courts with valid matches throughout December:

• Max Capacity Calculation:
  • Monday: 11 courts * 4 DOW = 44
  • Tuesday: 11 courts * 4 DOW = 44
  • Wednesday: 11 courts * 5 DOW = 55
  • Thursday: 11 courts * 5 DOW = 55
  • Friday: 11 courts * 5 DOW = 55
  • Saturday: 11 courts * 4 DOW = 44
  • Sunday: 11 courts * 4 DOW = 44

3. Occupation Rate Detail 🗂️

Detailed view:

• Left Table: Shows the number of matches played in each slot (absolute numbers).
• Right Table: Shows the same information relative to the Max Capacity, resulting in the real Occupation Rate for that slot.
