How to Update Your Personal Information in Stripe

Important Note: Stripe operates independently, meaning that Playtomic cannot update your personal information on your behalf. You are solely responsible for managing any changes to your contact details in Stripe. Follow the instructions below to update your information.

Steps to Update Your Personal Details in Stripe

1. Access Your Account:
   • Open your web browser and log in to your Stripe account.
   • Navigate to the Accounts tab located at the top of the page.
2. Update Your Contact Information:
   • Under the Stripe Express Account section, you can update your email address and phone number used for logging in to Stripe Express.
   • Please note that you can update only one contact method at a time.
3. Select Your Language Preference:
   • In the Language preference section, choose your preferred language for the dashboard interface.
4. Modify Payout Details:
   • Under Payout details, you will see the platforms linked to your account. Once you select a platform, you can update the bank details associated with it. Note that this option is only available for specific accounts using Stripe Express.
5. Update Professional and Personal Details:
   • After selecting a platform in the top left corner of the Stripe Express dashboard, you can update both your professional and personal details tied to that platform.
   • You also have the option to invite or remove individuals from your account.
