How to create/edit a user category

Create a User Category

  1. Select "Customers" from the left sidebar, then go to "Categories."
  2. Click on New Category & Membership and choose Category.
  3. Enter the general information:
    - Category Name

    - Booking Privileges:

    • Booking ahead (days): overrides default settings
    • Maximum bookings/day: limits daily bookings for members
    • Active bookings: limits bookings within the advance period
    • Cancellation policy (hours): overrides default settings
    • Allow Single Payment

    Note: Setting up the booking privileges is optional. If they are not configured, the default booking settings will automatically apply to the category's members.

  4. Select Pricing Type

    Choose one of two options. This cannot be changed later:

  • Simple Pricing: One price with options for days, sports, and courts.
  • Advanced Pricing: Set different rules by day and time; check general prices in Settings before applying.

Edit a User Category

  1. Go to "Customers" and then "Categories."
  2. Select the category to edit.
  3. Make changes and click Save Changes.

Note: You cannot switch between Simple and Advanced Pricing after creation.

Enable/Disable a User Category

  1. Go to "Customers" and then "Categories."
  2. Use the status drop-down to enable or disable a category.
