Need to sign a player up yourself? Club admins can add participants directly from Playtomic Manager, customize their fee, and choose how the payment gets settled.
How to Add a Participant
- Go to the Tournaments menu
- Find the specific tournament session where you want to add a player and open it
- Go to the Players tab
- Click the blue Add participants button on the right
- Add the player
Customizing the Participant's Fee
When you add the player from Playtomic Manager, just click Edit next to their name to set a custom amount to pay — this is handy for discounts or special pricing.
Marking the Payment
You have two options:
- Mark it as paid at the club: using an onsite payment method or the club wallet (if the player has enough balance)
- Leave it unmarked: the player will get an email and push notification prompting them to complete the payment in the app
Re-Adding a Player Removed by Mistake
If you accidentally removed a player from a tournament, there's no special recovery step — just add them again following the steps above.
