To keep your data safe, Playtomic is tightening access controls for external tools and automations that connect to club accounts without official authorization.

This is part of our move towards Playtomic Connect — our official integration program that ensures third-party providers meet Playtomic's security and quality standards.

What should I do?

The fix needs to come from whoever built or manages your integration — this could be:

  • A third-party software provider
  • A loyalty program
  • A developer you hired
  • Any external company that accesses your Playtomic account on your behalf
