How to integrate and configure your hardware with Playtomic Manager

Setting Up or Adding a New Court to Your Integration

Whether you're setting up for the first time or adding a new court, the process is the same:

Important: Before starting, ensure you are at your club and have your API token ready (provided by your hardware provider).

Steps to Integrate Your Hardware with Playtomic Manager:

  1. Go to Settings and select Integrations.
  2. Already have hardware configured? If you need to add a new court, choose the current integration, delete it from the top-right corner, and proceed with the next steps.
  3. In the Connect New tab, select your hardware provider. Copy and paste your API token into the field and click Next.
  4. Bind your courts: Use the dropdown to connect each court to the corresponding one from your provider’s system.
    • No lights, only a keypad? You can skip this step.
  5. Verify lights: Test each court by clicking "turn on" for the lights. If they work, check the box and move to the next court.
    • No keypad, only lights? You can skip this step.
  6. Set up keypads: Create a 4-digit code and click Send. Check if the code unlocks the door, then mark it as done and continue with the rest of the courts.
  7. Set access rules: Define how long before and after a reservation the access codes will work, then click Next.
  8. Set light rules: Choose how long before and after a reservation you want the lights to be on, then click Next.
