Setting Up or Adding a New Court to Your Integration
Whether you're setting up for the first time or adding a new court, the process is the same:
Important: Before starting, ensure you are at your club and have your API token ready (provided by your hardware provider).
Steps to Integrate Your Hardware with Playtomic Manager:
- Go to Settings and select Integrations.
- Already have hardware configured? If you need to add a new court, choose the current integration, delete it from the top-right corner, and proceed with the next steps.
- In the Connect New tab, select your hardware provider. Copy and paste your API token into the field and click Next.
- Bind your courts: Use the dropdown to connect each court to the corresponding one from your provider’s system.
- No lights, only a keypad? You can skip this step.
- Verify lights: Test each court by clicking "turn on" for the lights. If they work, check the box and move to the next court.
- No keypad, only lights? You can skip this step.
- Set up keypads: Create a 4-digit code and click Send. Check if the code unlocks the door, then mark it as done and continue with the rest of the courts.
- Set access rules: Define how long before and after a reservation the access codes will work, then click Next.
- Set light rules: Choose how long before and after a reservation you want the lights to be on, then click Next.
