How to Create a Leveling Session with the New Approach

🔹 Use the Public Classes Feature
Create your leveling session through the Academy section in your club’s system.

🔹 Event Naming
Make sure the event name includes the word “Leveling” or “Levelling” (or “Nivelación” / “Livellamento” in Spanish and Italian). Sessions without one of these words are not picked up for leveling.

🔹 Recommended Players per Activity
We suggest 3 players per session to optimize learning and engagement. Note: Minimum pricing may vary by country. IMPORTANT: The maximum allowed players per session is 4.

🔹 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments must be made through the Playtomic App only using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card. Players cannot pay at the club with a physical credit card – they must complete payment through the Playtomic App for the transaction to be valid and recorded.

🔹 Session Description
When a player's level is updated, their reliability is reset to 50%. Add this text to your session description so players know what to expect: "This is a leveling session hosted by a certified Playtomic Coach. The coach will assess your skills through various strokes and a short match. Your level will be updated based on your performance. Your reliability will also be reset to 50%."

🔹 Updating Levels After the Session
After the session, the players who attended appear in a Google Sheet shared by Playtomic, where you enter their new levels. For the full steps, see How to update players' levels in the leveling Google Sheet.

By following these steps, your club can offer structured, engaging, and successful leveling sessions! 🚀

What if I can't host the leveling session?

Cancel the session on the same day. Players are refunded automatically and don't move to the sheet. If you don't cancel, the players appear in the sheet the next day. In that case, leave their new level blank. Clubs can't delete rows.

You can reschedule a session only before it starts. Let registered players know about the change.
