Chat option

Keeping everyone connected during a match is important, and Playtomic makes it easy with a chat room for each game. This chat lets players talk to each other, share messages, and stay in touch during the match. 

Chat Access for Managers and Players

The chat room isn’t just for players—managers can join too! Using Playtomic Manager, managers can send messages to all players in the chat. This is great for giving quick updates, answering questions, or just staying involved with the team.

To join the chat you have two ways:

  1. From a specific match or reservation
  • Go to the schedule
  • Select the match/private booking you want.
  • Click on “Chat.”
  1. From the chat section
  • Go to the chat section on the left menu
  • You will see all the list of chats

Once a manager joins, players will see that you’ve entered the chat, so they know you're there to communicate with them.

Push Notifications for Players

Whenever players get a message—either from the manager or another player—they will get a push notification on their phone. This keeps everyone updated on important information, like match details or team changes.
