In this guide, we'll look at the different ways Playtomic Manager helps you communicate with your customers. You can send booking confirmations and important information easily. Let’s get started! 😊

Open Matches Registration Message

When a player joins an open match, they’ll receive a notification. Since players might visit different venues, it's crucial to include useful information about your Club. This could be details like:

  • Parking information
  • Locker room availability
  • Additional services (e.g., racket rental)

How to set up an open match registration message:

  1. Go to Settings > Venue > Communication.
  2. Click anywhere inside the white box called "Public match registration message"
    to edit the message.
  3. ⚠️ Don’t forget to click the green “Save Updates” button at the bottom of the page to keep your changes!

Booking Confirmation Email

This message is sent after a customer makes an online reservation. Each club can set a unique message for a specific court.

How to set up a booking confirmation message:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Venue > Communication.
  2. Click on New Court Selection.
  3. Select the court name or All Courts.
  4. A box labeled "Booking confirmation email message" will appear.
  5. To delete a message, click on the name, then click on the grey basket icon on the right.

Communication Language

Customize the language of the messages your players receive! The email they get will include automatically completed details like:

  • Player name
  • Date and time of the match
  • Location
  • Payment information

These details help provide a complete summary of their booking.

How to customize the language:

  1. Go to Settings > Venue > Communication.
  2. At the bottom of the page you will see the option to choose the language of the communications.

⚠️ Remember to click “Save Updates” at the bottom of the page to avoid losing any changes!
