Why Become a Leveling Club?

Becoming a leveling club comes with numerous benefits that can enhance your community, engagement, and overall success. Here’s why it’s a great choice:

Increased Revenue – By offering structured leveling sessions, your club can unlock new income streams and build a stronger financial foundation.

Higher Participation – A leveling club encourages active engagement, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for players of all skill levels. A thriving community attracts new members and keeps existing ones invested.

New Player Acquisition – Leveling sessions provide an excellent opportunity for new players to join and develop their skills, bringing fresh energy and ideas to your club.

Long-Term Growth – Supporting members in their development ensures ongoing improvement and sustainability, making your club a valuable resource for years to come.

How to Create a Leveling Session with the New Approach

🔹 Use the Public Classes Feature
Create your leveling session through the Academy section in your club’s system.

🔹 Event Naming
Ensure the event name includes the word “Leveling” to make it clear for players.

🔹 Recommended Players per Activity
We suggest 3 players per session to optimize learning and engagement. Note: Minimum pricing may vary by country.

🔹 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments should be made through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card only for a smooth transaction process.

🔹 Player Data & Updates

  • After the session, players who attended (and whose events weren’t canceled) will automatically appear in the Google Sheet file shared by Playtomic.
  • If a player is missing, double-check that all guidelines were followed and verify your club name in Playtomic Manager.
  • Update the player’s new level by modifying Column D (“new_level”) in the file.

By following these steps, your club can offer structured, engaging, and successful leveling sessions! 🚀
